By accessing or using RetainPower, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

RetainPower provides AI-powered churn prediction and automated customer-retention tooling. We may update, improve, or change features over time.

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Prices are shown on our pricing page. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time, and changes take effect according to your billing cycle.

Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the plan you choose.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Our 30-day guarantee applies as described on our site: if RetainPower does not save you at least one customer in your first 30 days, you pay nothing.

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access it in unauthorized ways, or use it to violate any law or the rights of others.

You retain ownership of your data. You grant us the rights needed to operate the service on your behalf. See our Privacy Policy for details on how data is handled.

The service is provided on an “as is” basis. While we work hard to keep predictions accurate and the service reliable, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes beyond the guarantee explicitly stated on our site.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RetainPower is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
